Refund and Cancellation Policy (In English)
Understanding Refunds:
A refund can be requested by a learner when they encounter technical problems accessing a course on our platform, accidentally buy the wrong course, do not receive the promised content/ resources or are not satisfied with the course quality and effectiveness. The refund request will be subject to a verification process.
Refunds Requests are only acceptable within 48 hours of purchasing the course. Other requirements and details regarding refunds are given below:
Requesting a Refund:
For individual or bundled courses, you can submit a refund request within 48 hours of your payment.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Message our facebook page and share the email address/phone number used for signing up and purchasing the course. You can also call – +880-1816877248 (10 AM – 5PM)
Our customer support representative will send you a Refund form link through our Facebook Page’s Messenger or SMS the form link directly to your phone number so that you can formally submit the refund request. You will need to provide purchase details in this form.
Only refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase, with the correct email address and phone number, will be considered valid.
Please note that purchase of any e-books are not eligible for refunds.
Once approved by Artist Task, refunds will be issued through the payment method used or through Bkash/ Nagad within 7-14 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to the user or confirmation of refund request will be given through our Facebook Page’s messenger.
Refund Ineligibility:
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- If the complaint or refund request is submitted more than 48 hours after the purchase.
- If you have already obtained your Course Certificate within the 48-hour complaint window, you lose eligibility for a refund.
- If you file a complaint within the 48-hour complaint window and obtain the course certificate within the next 7-day refund window, a refund will not be granted.
- If you engage in any course activity (e.g., watch a video, take a quiz or test, download course materials) and continue with the course while the refund process is ongoing, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you watch over 5 premium/ paid videos before requesting a refund, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have purchased an e-book.
Refund Eligibilty:
Refunds for courses are possible in these cases:
- In case of incorrect purchase of a course.
- If Artist Task is unable to provide the promised content in the course.
- If a student is not satisfied with the course quality or effectiveness.
Refund Request Process:
After submitting a refund request, your enrolled course will be temporarily locked. Artist Task will inform you via Facebook Page Messenger or SMS if your refund request is approved. Upon approval, you will be unenrolled from the course, and your progress will be deleted. If you want to repurchase the course, you will have to start from the beginning.
The refund may take 7-14 working days to be credited to your account. If it takes longer than 14 working days, please call +880-1816877248 (10 AM – 5PM) or message us on Facebook
Once the refund is processed, a confirmation email or SMS or Text via our Facebook Page messenger will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.
Artist Task reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions on a case-by-case basis and from time to time.

রিফান্ড বোঝা
আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে কোনো কোর্স অ্যাক্সেস করার সময় কোনো শিক্ষার্থী যখন টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয়, ভুলবশত ভুল কোর্স কিনে নেয়, প্রতিশ্রুত কোর্স কন্টেন্ট পায় না বা কোর্সের গুণমান এবং কার্যকারিতা নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হয়, তখন সেই ছাত্র অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধ করতে পারে। ফেরতের অনুরোধটি একটি যাচাইকরণ প্রক্রিয়া সাপেক্ষে হবে.
রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ শুধুমাত্র কোর্স কেনার ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে গ্রহণযোগ্য। অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয়তা এবং ফেরত সংক্রান্ত বিশদ বিবরণ নীচে দেওয়া হয়েছে:

একটি কোর্স বা বান্ডিল কোর্সের জন্য, আপনি আপনার অর্থপ্রদানের 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে একটি রিফান্ড/ফেরত অনুরোধ জমা দিতে পারেন।
একটি রিফান্ড/ফেরত অনুরোধ করতে, এই পদক্ষেপগুলি অনুসরণ করুন:
আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে মেসেজ করুন এবং সাইন আপ এবং কোর্স কেনার জন্য ব্যবহৃত ইমেলটি / ফোন নম্বরটি আমাদের পাঠান। এছাড়াও আপনি কল করতে পারেনঃ +880-1816877248 (10 AM – 5PM)
আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা প্রতিনিধি আপনাকে আমাদের ফেসবুক পাইজের মেসেঞ্জারের মাধ্যমে একটি রিফান্ড ফর্ম লিঙ্ক পাঠাবে বা ফর্মের লিঙ্কটি সরাসরি আপনার ফোন নম্বরে SMS করবে যাতে আপনি আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধ জমা দিতে পারেন। আপনাকে এই ফর্মে ক্রয়ের বিশদ প্রদান করতে হবে।
শুধুমাত্র সঠিক ইমেল এবং ফোন নম্বর সহ ক্রয়ের 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে করা রিফান্ডের অনুরোধগুলি বৈধ বলে বিবেচিত হবে ৷
দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে কোনো ই-বুক ক্রয় ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য নয়।
রিফান্ডের অনুরোধটি Artist Task দ্বারা অনুমোদিত হয়ে গেলে, 7-14 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ব্যবহৃত অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতিতে বা বিকাশ/নগদ এর মাধ্যমে ফেরত জারি করা হবে। ব্যবহারকারীকে একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেল পাঠানো হবে বা আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজের মেসেঞ্জারের মাধ্যমে ফেরত অনুরোধের নিশ্চিতকরণ দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ডের অযোগ্যতা
নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ড / অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না:
- যদি কোর্স ক্রয়ের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার পরে অভিযোগ বা রিফান্ড / অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধ জমা দেওয়া হয়।
- যদি আপনি ৪৮-ঘন্টার অভিযোগ সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার কোর্স সার্টিফিকেট পেয়ে থাকেন অর্থাৎ কোর্স শেষ করে ফেলেন, তাহলে আপনি রিফান্ড / অর্থ ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা হারাবেন।
- আপনি যদি ৪৮-ঘণ্টার অভিযোগ সময়ের মধ্যে একটি অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন এবং পরবর্তী ৭-দিনের রিফান্ড সময়ের মধ্যে কোর্সের সার্টিফিকেট পান, তবে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
- আপনি যদি কোনো কোর্সের কার্যকলাপে নিযুক্ত হন (যেমন, একটি ভিডিও দেখা, একটি কুইজ বা পরীক্ষা দেওয়া, কোর্সের উপকরণ ডাউনলোড করা) এবং রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া চলমান থাকাকালীন কোর্সটি করা চালিয়ে যান, আপনি অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন না।
- আপনি যদি রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করার আগে ৫টির বেশি প্রিমিয়াম/প্রদেয় ভিডিও দেখেন, তাহলে আপনি টাকা ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন না।
- আপনি যদি একটি ই-বুক কিনে থাকেন।
রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা
কোর্স রিফান্ড / অর্থ ফেরত সম্ভব নিম্নে দেওয়া ক্ষেত্রগুলোতে :
- ভুল কোর্স ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে।
- যদি Artist Task কোর্সে প্রতিশ্রুত কন্টেন্ট সরবরাহ করতে অক্ষম হয়।
- যদি শিক্ষার্থী কোর্সের মান বা কার্যকারিতা নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হয়।
রিফান্ড অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া
একটি রিফান্ড / ফেরত অনুরোধ জমা দেওয়ার পরে, আপনার নথিভুক্ত কোর্স সাময়িকভাবে লক করা হবে। আপনার রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ অনুমোদিত হলে Artist Task আপনাকে Facebook পেজ মেসেঞ্জার বা SMS এর মাধ্যমে জানাবে। অনুমোদনের পর, আপনাকে কোর্স থেকে অপসারণ করা হবে এবং আপনার কোর্সের অগ্রগতি মুছে ফেলা হবে। আপনি যদি কোর্সটি পুনরায় ক্রয় করতে চান তবে আপনাকে প্রথম থেকেই শুরু করতে হবে।
রিফান্ড আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা হতে ৭-১৪ দিন কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। যদি এটি ১৪ কার্যদিবসের বেশি সময় লাগে, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে +880-1816877248 (10 AM – 5PM) নাম্বারে কল করুন বা ফেসবুকে আমাদের মেসেজ করুন
ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া হয়ে গেলে, আমাদের Facebook পেজ মেসেঞ্জারের মাধ্যমে আপনাকে জানানো হবে বা একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেল বা SMS আপনার নিবন্ধিত ইমেল ঠিকানা বা ফোন নম্বরে পাঠানো হবে।
Artist Task নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী কেস-বাই-কেস ভিত্তিতে এবং সময়ে সময়ে পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
